By downloading, installing, or using SeatLock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

SeatLock helps pilots prepare for airline interviews with practice questions, AI feedback, and interview guides for major airlines.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
Purchases and Payments
One-Time Purchase
- SeatLock offers a one-time purchase for lifetime access to all features
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- Prices are displayed in your local currency
Refunds
- Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store
- We do not process refunds directly
Restore Purchases
- Restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID
- Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share, distribute, or resell access to the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access the App
Intellectual Property
- All content, including questions, guides, and design elements, is owned by SeatLock
- Interview questions are compiled from public sources and community contributions
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
- You retain ownership of your practice responses

AI-Generated Content
- AI grading and feedback is generated by artificial intelligence
- AI responses are suggestions and should not be considered expert advice
- We are not responsible for any AI-generated content that may be inaccurate
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App
Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time
- We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
