Terms of Use

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

Purchases and Payments

Subscriptions

• The full question bank, sample answers, study guides and practice are free. SeatLock Pro, an auto-renewing subscription, unlocks AI feedback, mock interviews, Ask George, Car Mode, flashcards and deep dives
• Plans: Weekly ($6.99 per week), Monthly ($14.99 per month) and Quarterly ($34.99 every 3 months). Prices are shown in your local currency on the paywall before you subscribe
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Canceling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded
• AI feedback and Ask George are subject to fair-use daily limits shown in the App
• Earlier one-time purchases remain valid on the Apple ID that made them

Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store
• We do not process refunds directly

Restore Purchases

• Restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID
• Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share, distribute, or resell access to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the App

User Content (Pilot Reviews)

SeatLock lets you post reviews of airlines and their interviews, and share anonymous interview debriefs. Reviews are posted anonymously, without an account, and are checked before they appear to other users.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful or discriminatory
• Identifies, targets or reveals private information about any person, including interviewers and colleagues
• Contains links, contact details, advertising or solicitation
• Is knowingly false, or discloses confidential or proprietary airline material
• Infringes anyone's rights

• You are responsible for what you post. Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not of SeatLock
• We may edit, hide or remove any review and may block a device from posting, at our discretion and without notice. Any user can report a review from inside the App
• You can delete your own review at any time from inside the App
• By posting, you grant SeatLock a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your review in the App and in related materials

Intellectual Property

• All content, including questions, guides, and design elements, is owned by SeatLock
• Interview questions are compiled from public sources and community contributions
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• You retain ownership of your practice responses

AI-Generated Content

• AI grading and feedback is generated by artificial intelligence
• AI responses are suggestions and should not be considered expert advice
• We are not responsible for any AI-generated content that may be inaccurate

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App

Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time
• We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
