Apple Health Data

With your permission, SwoleSZN reads:

• Sleep Data: Sleep duration, deep sleep, and REM sleep for recovery scoring
• Heart Rate: Resting heart rate and HRV for recovery assessment
• Activity Data: Step count and active energy

This health data is processed locally on your device. We do not transmit this data anywhere.

• We do NOT collect or transmit personal data to external servers
• We do NOT use analytics or tracking services
• We do NOT share your data with third parties
• We do NOT use advertising or ad tracking
• We do NOT sell or monetize your personal information

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored locally using iOS's secure storage. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.

Your Rights

• Revoke Health access anytime in Settings → Privacy → Health
• Uninstalling the app removes all stored data
• Modify or delete your profile within the app
